Edward's
Steak House MENU
When
my parents opened, "Edward's Coffee Shop" in Los Angeles in
June 1946, my Dad was the cook and my Mom was the waitress. They had a
counter and three tables. In those days, our signature item, Edward's
Supreme Steak, was $1.25.
My father's philosophy
was to provide top quality, fresh meals, prepared from our own original
recipes and served in a professional, courteous manner. To this day, we
still cut all of our steaks and fresh fish, in addition to preparing all
of our soups, sauces and dressings on our premises daily. We pride ourselves
in the high consistency and value that we have offered to you since 1946.
My wife, Olga,
and I are committed to continuing this tradition.

claims of great service, and fresh, delicious food have been imitated
for many years. But Edward's has something no other restaurant offers:
Big and Little Eater menu selections.
Since we first opened our doors in 1946, our menu has satisfied two kinds
of appetites. You'll find ample, generous portions for the "big"
eater, and smaller-sized entrees with fewer side dishes for the "little"
eater - great for calorie counters, younger or lighter eaters. Either
way, we never scrimp on freshness or quality.
