BANQUET INFORMATION

Thank you for your interest in hosting your banquet at Edward's. We will do everything possible to satisfy your dining needs.

BANQUET GUIDELINES

A deposit of $100 is required to hold the room. Deposit becomes non-refundable 30 days after reserving the room or 7 days prior to the banquet date, whichever comes first.

Liquor and wine are available at the regular dining room price using a hosted or no-host bar.

The minimum banquet size is 15 people and the maximum will be 50 people. (Unless special arrangements are made in advance.)

The time limit on the room will be 4 hours.

NO SHOW POLICY: You will be asked to guarantee the number of guests for your banquet four (4) days prior to the banquet date. If the number of guests at your banquet is less than the guaranteed amount, then you will be charged a "No Show Fee" which will be equal to your respective package price. This charge will be for each guest that is less than your guaranteed amount.

FOR THAT PERSONAL TOUCH: With all of our banquets, your party will receive your own menu listing the entrees you have selected including a personalized salutation of your choice at the top of the menu. In addition, we will put your salutation on our marquee facing the freeway the day of your banquet for everyone to see!

NO HIDDEN COSTS: We welcome your banquet and you can count on us to provide the most complete service available. Our packages are complete. No hidden costs to worry about. If you choose to bring cake, we will slice and serve it at no extra charge. Children (under 12) can order from our children's menu at regular children's menu prices.

ENTREE SELECTIONS

In order to offer you flexibility, we offer four options in selecting your banquet menu. For the following options, we need only to know the package you have chosen. No preordering is necessary and your party will receive your own menu listing the respective entrees for that package.

OPTION ONE: PREMIUM "BIG EATER" PACKAGE
$28.00 per person, plus an 18% service charge and sales tax.
Your menu will include four premium selections from our dining room menu. Also included are your choice of soup or salad, fresh sour dough and squaw bread, a fresh baked potato, fresh vegetables of the day and your choice of milk, tea, soft drink, pink lemonade or coffee. Plus your choice of fresh apple pie, New York style cheesecake or French vanilla ice cream for dessert. (All guests must order the same dessert.)

  • ROASTED PRIME RIB OF BEEF - 8 OUNCE - Creamed horseradish and au jus
  • THE JOHN L. SULLIVAN STEAK - A 12 ounce New York Cut Steak
  • GRILLED FRESH MAINE SCALLOPS - Lightly grilled, succulent Maine Scallops. Our original tartar sauce
  • BROCHETTES OF SHRIMP - Two skewers of peeled and deveined Mexican shrimp garnished with fresh mushrooms. Tangy shrimp sauce
  • ONE HALF HERB ROASTED CHICKEN - Slow roasted, succulent, flavorful

OPTION TWO: “BIG EATER” PACKAGE
$24.00 per person, plus an 18% service charge and sales tax.
Your menu will include five selections from our “Big Eater's” menu. Also included are your choice of soup or salad, fresh sour dough and squaw bread, a fresh baked potato, fresh vegetables of the day and your choice of milk, tea, soft drink, pink lemonade or coffee. Plus your choice of fresh apple pie, New York style cheesecake or French vanilla ice cream for dessert. (All guests must order the same dessert.)

  • THE SUPREME STEAK - A 10 ounce New York Cut Steak
  • GRILLED FILLET OF FRESH ALASKAN HALIBUT
  • THE SCARLET LADY - Lean pink slices of USDA Choice roasted beef. Creamed horseradish and au jus
  • THE LUMBER JACK - Lean slices of USDA Choice roasted beef, “on the well side”. Fresh mushroom gravy.
  • REGULAR GROUND BEEF STEAK - Eight ounces of our Super Lean Ground Beef
  • GRILLED BONELESS, SKINLESS CHICKEN BREASTS - Two boneless, skinless chicken breasts smothered in sautéed mushrooms

OPTION THREE: “LITTLE EATER” PACKAGE
$20.00 per person, plus an 18% service charge and sales tax.
Your menu will include five selections from our “Little Eater's” menu. Also included are your choice of soup or salad, fresh sour dough bread and squaw bread, a fresh baked potato or Edward's rice and your choice of milk, tea, soft drink, pink lemonade or coffee. Plus your choice of fresh apple pie, New York style cheesecake or French vanilla ice cream for dessert. All guests must order the same dessert. (You may add fresh vegetables of the day for $2.00 per person)

  • CASEY'S CUTS - Tiny steaks on a skewer laced with onions and assorted bell peppers
  • LILLY LANGTREE - Lean pink slices of USDA Choice roasted beef. Creamed horseradish and au jus
  • JUDGE ROY BEAN - Lean slices of USDA Choice roasted beef, “on the well side”. Fresh mushroom gravy
  • BROCHETTE OF CHICKEN BREAST - A skewer of savory chunks of boneless, skinless chicken breast laced with onions and assorted bell peppers
  • FRESH FISH PLATTER - Broiled fresh fish fillet, moist and flavorful. Our original tartar sauce

OPTION FOUR: TOSSED SALAD AND SANDWICH PACKAGE
$16.00 per person, plus an 18% service charge and sales tax.
Your menu will include fresh sour dough bread and squaw bread and choice of milk, tea, soft drink, pink lemonade or coffee. Plus your choice of fresh apple pie, New York style cheesecake or French vanilla ice cream for dessert. All guests must order the same dessert.

  • TOSSED CAESAR SALAD WITH GRILLED CHICKEN BREAST - Freshly chopped hearts of romaine tossed with a creamy Caesar dressing and topped with fresh Parmesan cheese, croutons and grilled boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • GRILLED PEPPER STEAK SALAD - Tossed romaine hearts in vinaigrette dressing topped with a hand sliced marinated USDA Choice steak, crumbled bleu cheese, fresh tomatoes and fresh red onion
  • OLGA'S GARDEN SALAD - Iceberg lettuce and romaine hearts tossed in a vinaigrette dressing with fresh mushrooms, rotelle pasta, crumbled bleu cheese and topped with fresh tomatoes, red onion slices and a grilled boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • UNCLE GORDO - A traditional burger with pickles, tomato, iceberg lettuce, sliced red onion and the best part, six ounces of our Super Lean Ground Beef. Served with your choice of steak house fries or fresh fruit
  • OVEN ROASTED TURKEY BREAST - Genuine oven roasted turkey breast piled high on a fresh croissant roll. Served with your choice of steak house fries or fresh fruit
